persimmon pudding

The picked persimmon fruits ripen very quickly. When some of them are too ripe to just eat I make a kind of jelly or pudding with them.

Mash the overripe persimmon fruits, mix it with milk, add some Cointreau and pour it into cups. Keep them in refrigerator for a while (soon it'll be stiff). Very simple and taste GOOD !
