Extracting a tooth

My rabbit Tako has had some teeth problems. One of them is a loose tooth. One of her right molars had been loose for months, she must have uneasiness and maybe some pain when she eats, if it would come off it’s easier for her, the vet said. So he had waited the good timing when he can help it. Yesterday when I took Tako to see the vet he checked the inside of her mouth and found the molar was very loose, so he tried to move the tooth with his professional tool. And the tooth came off!

It’s not easy for me to see Tako held in the vet’s hand, helpless. But the tooth came off without bleeding, it meant it must have been very loose and useless to eat. I hope Tako will show more appetite than before soon.
