Drive trip

Yesterday and the day before yesterday I and 2 friends went to one night trip by car (one of my friends likes driving).
Our intention was enjoying a drive on a scenic highway going to our destination on some hillside resort with nice view of the ocean. But on the first day the weather was bad, we had heavy rain then on a mountain drive through the forest we had to run through dense fog, NO view at all & it took far longer time to arrive to our lodging than we've expected. But we enjoyed hot spring, chatting, watching DVD, eating & drinking a lot :)

Then next morning when I woke up I found we had a nice view from our lodging. When my friends were still sleeping I enjoyed to taking a hot spring bath by myself, from the big bath room window I could see beautiful morning scenery of the ocean and islands.

After having a big breakfast in our room we left the lodging, went to nearby zoo which also had big greenhouses of cactuses. It was a bit chilly but fine day, we enjoyed to see the animals, most of them were small mammals, rodents and birds.

The return drive on the mountain road on the ridge was good, we saw beautiful sunset.

So generally this outing was good though I found sitting in a car for hours makes our body stiff XD
