Juneberry jam

Last week I had picked berries from Juneberry tree in my garden several times, then yesterday made jam with them!


I got more than 1.6kg berries.



The jam taste better with skins but the tiny seed of Juneberry is hard, and it’s almost impossible to take just seeds and keep skins. So I used two pots, sieved the jam in one pot, simmered whole berries contains seeds in one pot. The result was so so... the jam is a bit too soft(loose?), but tastes good :)
