Then my friend e-mailed me to tell that she had been depressed deeply. She seemed to have some serious trouble with her friend.
So we decided to meet and have light supper after work. But not to talk about our troubles, just chat about silly, trivial things!
And it really worked. After the good light meal and easy talk both of us could feel relaxed. I'm thankful for having good friend with whom I can share my good & bad feeling.
